Refund & Cancellation Policy –
1. Booking advance to be forfeited after 2 weeks from the date of booking in case booking is cancelled. The same shall be 100% refundable within 2 weeks from the date or booking.
2. Refund of security deposit- Security deposit shall be refunded as per evaluation of any damages made to the property and its assets and after recovery of any balance dues accruing to the resident.
3. Cancellation of tenancy- in case of cancellation of tenancy contract, advance paid for the last 2 months shall stand forfeited and any balance pending shall be refunded.
